This skirt is completely handmade by me. It is a large to x-large . Size 12-16. It is not nylon, but i dont know what it is, it has a little tooth to it. Possibly polyester. Its that odd grandma fabric. Must be polyester but it is not slinky like nylon, though it is still very drapey. It is decorated with new & old trims. Hand wash and hang dry.
